RV Site 
Conditions and Terms

Rate includes: 1 recreational vehicle, 1 tow vehicle, up to 4 persons. Additional adults are $5.00 per day, $30.00/week, $150.00/month.

Daily and Weekly Rentals:  
All sites are full hook-up, which includes water, electricity, sewer, and garbage pick-up.

Check-In: 1:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 12:00 noon

Daily & Weekly Tax: Taxes will be charged at the current applicable rates. Taxes currently are: 12.05% tax, plus $1.50/night bed & stadium tax.  

Daily Discount: Far Horizons Club Card: $6/night December-March. $8/night April-May & October-November. $10/night June-September.
AAA, FMCA, Good Sam discount: 10% on daily rate. Present your discount card at check-in to receive your discount. All discounts must be requested at check-in. Discount available for cardholder only (1 site). Discounts available only on daily rates. No discounts are available on weekly, monthly, or annual rates, as these rates are already discounted. 

Monthly and Annual Sites: 
All sites are full hook-up, which includes water, sewer, and garbage pick-up. Metered electricity usage is billed monthly. Cable TV and telephone are available through private companies.

Monthly Tax:  Monthly site rentals are charged a stadium tax, currently 50¢ per day.
